10 signs that you have a bad boss & a bad leader
1. give you nasty emails
2. don’t give you clear instructions so that you need to re-do and re-do your work
3. harping on your mistakes no matter how small it is , again and again
4. cover her/his own asses but leave your ass open
5. give you empty promises so that you feel good for an hr and then only realize that she/he is a f@#$king liar. Liar liar pants on fire
6. give you loads and loads of work while she/he just sit at her office and shake her leg
7. Need you to deliver the timelines even when you are sick in bed
8. Call you every 10 minutes to tell you that there is something is wrong/missing in your work until you have telephobia….(I made this up but it suppose to be phone phobia)
9. changes his mind every other day on her/his brief to you
10. Thinks that you need 5 yrs in the same position no matter how good you are before you can move up

Ab, it was scary and i don't want to take the risk & jump knowing that i'll fall. but it was good. which means i need to do 3 sets in summit to build my endurance
